Introduction

Video calls make communication easier and fun: on holiday, those at home take a live look from the hotel balcony or you can adore your grandchild living a few hundred kilometres away. Video calls offer you the opportunity not only to talk to family, friends and acquaintances, but also to see them at the same time. Seeing and being seen (and heard) has social value and creates a deeper connection. Therefor we will introduce the main principles of video call systems that are similar no matter which provider you choose in this video.
